• If desired, we do offer faster shipping methods or package Signatures. All added shipping options are to be covered by the customer. Please leave a note on your checkout page and we will get back to you ASAP ……

• All packages Require a First and Last name, as well as a full shipping address and Zipcode. We are not responsible for incorrect information.

• All sales are Final. 

 

Payment plan

 

We do offer options regarding payment plans; however, it is not offered through the website. If you desire to seek a payment plan option. Please send me a private message through the website, Instagram, or Atreuma.Atelier@gmail.com

• Payment plan options are available through; PayPal, Venmo, and Cash app.

• Payment plans are considered NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Orders over $ 200 are eligible for the Payment option.

• Minimum $ for a down payment is 33%. With the rest covered over the next 4 weeks with weekly or bi-weekly payments. Within that time frame, payments can be made however you see fit.

• Your order will be held until full completion.

We understand that Payment plans options are a wonderful way to mitigate expenses; however, if payment total cannot be completed within the four weeks, we will have to unfortunately add a 5% total cost holding fee for the following weeks missed.

 

Due to the nature of this agreement. I ask for communication every 2 weeks. To make sure everything is running smoothly. If I don’t hear back within 2 weeks, the product will be considered abandoned.

 

Payments for payment plans are accepted through Venmo, cash app, and PayPal only if made through a friends and Family payment (I don’t receive the full amount when sent as goods and services). If not done correctly, a second request will be sent.
